Founded in 1956, The Royal Court Theatre is dedicated to new work by innovative writers from the UK and around the world. Out of its iconic London building, the Royal Court provides a home for pioneering writer-led ideas, producing a minimum of 12 productions a year in its two auditoria, enabling its work to reach the widest possible audiences, with over 40 writers on commission or in workshops each year.
